Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 : Personnal options tips

Description

In Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015, it's possible to change the basic user configuration or options. Each user has his own default page, records number limitation per page, outlook option, etc...

There is no impact when the personnal options are updated on the global configuration. 

Step by step

To change  the options, connect to the organization with a CRM user :

Default page for the user "CRM Admin"

On the top right, click on the button "Options":

In the general Tab, select a module in the picklist "Default pane" and choose a "Default pane":

Click on "OK".

As defined in the personnal option, the new default page is the list of contact of the Marketing module:

The second option is "Set the number of records shown per page in any list of records"

 It permits to see more or less records by page/list of records. It's usefull when an user is working with Marketing List for example.
