I explained how to create a system view in the customization interface. Now I am going to explain how create a system chart. (Different from the user chart).
To create your new system chart, go to "Settings / Customizations / Customize the system" :
Select the regarding entity and click on "Charts".
The chart default configuration menu appears. this is the same interface as we saw it in the user chart post.
You can test the the criteria you selected by choosing a system view in the "View used for chart preview" picklist. This confirms that the selection of fields is the best.
I chose the most simple chart (Column) with the fields Created by and Status.
When you finished to configure your chart, you have to save and publish the customization.
The chart is now available for all the user in the CRM. The default view will be applied to the graph.
