Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 : Quick campaign

In Microsoft Dynamics, I explained in a post that it's possible to create and manage Marketing Campaign. You can create quick campaigns. This is the fatest way to create activities for a list of accounts/contacts/leads.

Quick Campaign creation

First, you have to select a list of contact/leads/accounts, here I selected Contacts :

And click now on "More commands". Select "Quick Campaign".
You have three options:

• For selected records: It will select the contact you selected
• For all records on Current page: If you see 50 contacts, it will select them, but only for this page
• For all records on all pages:  Select all the contact of the view

A new window opens wi th some informations about the quick campaign. Click on "Next" :

Give a name for your Quick Campaign and click on "Next" :

Select th type of activity you want to create, select the owner of the activities, click on "Next" :

Put some details about, here, your appointment, click on "Next" :

If all the informations are correct, click on "Create" :

 Now, check the result, open your Quick Campaign:

You can see all the activities (Appointments) and the contacts concerned.
