We created a view and a chart, but now I will show you the best way to use them in your own Dashboard !
Create the Dashboard
To add a new dashboard, click on "New":
Different basic layout are available. You can obviously modify the layout you choose !
This is the main interface of the dashboard creation :
You can add different type of component on the dashboard :
- Chart: You can add system/user chart. You have to choose a default view.
- List: You can add system/user list(View).
- Web Ressource: You can select a web ressource. It can be a picture, the personnal wall, etc...
- Iframe
For each component, you can adjust the weidth and the height :
This is the result for my new dashboard :
To set this Dashboard as the my default dashboard :
But like for the view and the chart, John S. wants this dashboard too ! We have to share it with him !
Share the Dashboard
If the Dashboard is not by default :
If the Dashboard is set by default :
The share step are the same as in the post concerning the creation of a view.
